Keep head and tail on but remove shell from his centre
Marinade prawns
Marinade in olive oil, salt , pepper, fresh red chilli and lime zest and a dash of juice
Marinade for max 2 hours , heat hot wok over coals and cook on the open fire
Cook til they turn deep red and no longer translucent.
